Management Team
Jonathan Laing
Jonathan has a career spanning more than 12 years in the IT industry working primarily with Microsoft technologies. He studied computer science at the University of Tasmania and started his career as an analyst programmer working for Rio-Tinto. Working with both small and large organisations in the public and private sectors Jon has experience in many industry verticals including Mining, Financial Services, Transport and Government. He has run projects ranging from 1 to 18 months including systems such as the NSW School Transport System, the Olympic Games Transport Scheduling and Maintenance System and large payroll and salary packaging systems. Jon holds both RedDot and Microsoft certifications.
Richard Hauer
Over the course of his career Richard has successfully delivered software to Prudential Life Assurance Ltd, Rothmans of Pall Mall, the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW, Microsoft, Nestlé, Coca-Cola Amatil, the Attorney General's Department and Tourism Australia on projects ranging from 1 to 18 months with values up to $1.5 million. Richard has worked in many different industry verticals including Manufacturing, Retail, Government, Utilities & High-Tech, and Banking & Finance and Outsourcing. Richard was awarded a Co-Op Scholarship to UNSW where he studied a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology. Richard also holds several RedDot and Microsoft certifications.
Peter McCowatt
Peter has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and has been involved in the implementation of IT infrastructure, data communication and interactive online solutions working with Phillips Data Systems, Sun Microsystems, Pyramid, Adobe, NetComm, Pivotal, Saleslogix, and RedDot. Peter has a deep understanding of the relationship between customer and organisational needs whilst supporting user interface design principles. In all cases, Peter has great experience in leveraging leading edge technologies whilst blending business objectives and organisational results in order to create long term business relationships.
