At the closing stages of each project, we provide all the necessary training on core technologies and back office integration to ensure that your staff have the knowledge to facilitate on-going maintenance and integration with your other systems.
Ongoing support services
We also provide careful ongoing monitoring of the solution after going live to ensure that quality is maintained in the live environment with real users. We also continue to work with you in varying capacities to support the ongoing success of the solution ensuring that the right mix of services are provided as part of our ongoing partnership.
Support and Maintenance
5 Limes’ approach to the ongoing support and maintenance of the technologies is based on the foundation of a partnership between both organisations. A key element to this partnership is the transfer of knowledge to internal staff so that they act as “super users” of the solution. It is through this open support partnership that we are not only able to provide the support mechanisms for your team, but also focus on incremental enhancements to the solution.
All software developed and implemented by 5 Limes is covered against defect by a warranty period which begins from the date of deployment. During the warranty period, issues raised that are determined to be defects will be corrected free of charge whilst all other support and maintenance will be charged according to our pre-arranged consulting rates.
