Create and send email campaigns

Campaign Monitor allows your marketing team to either generate email designs using your favourite tools (HTML and CSS) or make use of reusable templates that just require your content and then import them with a single click, automatically moving the CSS inline for the best results within email clients like Gmail and Outlook as well as hosting all your campaign images at no extra cost. Campaign Monitor also provides the ability to test the email via an integrated testing tool (both design and spam testing) to make sure it will look great in all email programs.

Manage lists and subscribers

Campaign Monitor takes all the pain out of list management by handling the email bounces and unsubscribes automatically whist providing email segmentation and personalisation. By automatically handling all the new signups, unsubscribes, bounces and even spam complaints for you it also keeps you on the right side of spam laws without having to think about it. Every email you send includes a single-click unsubscribe link and the preference centre feature lets your subscribers manage their own subscriptions.

You can also create as many different lists as you need and you only pay for sending a campaign to that list, so list management is free. Better still, you can completely customise the signup and unsubscribe process for each list and send your own welcome emails when they confirm their subscription.

You can easily extend your lists to capture anything and everything about your subscribers. Whether it's address, phone number or favourite lipstick. Not only that, but you can easily personalise your emails with any of the custom data you've captured and build segments in your lists that target a specific type of subscriber. These can be based on any subscriber demographics you've captured as well as past campaign activity, such as only those subscribers that opened the last three emails or clicked a specific link.

Reporting and analytics

Campaign Monitor provides a comprehensive set of great looking real-time reports allowing you to accurately measure the effectiveness of every campaign you send. It goes beyond opens and link clicks to measure your campaign related sales, conversions and ROI with Google Analytics integration. From the moment your campaign is sent you have access to a range of reports that show you exactly how your subscribers are interacting with it.

See who is opening it, what parts of the campaign they are interested in, who forwarded it on to a friend, unsubscribed, bounced out or even marked it as spam. The reporting makes it easy to zoom right down to the subscriber level and see a timeline of exactly what they did with your email. You can even see your lifetime history with that person, which campaigns they opened, what links were they interested in, how many times have they forwarded your emails and for every subscriber, updated in real-time.
